Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Orders within the US qualify for a flat $5 shipping rate and free shipping for those over $100. Delivery for domestic orders generally takes 3-5 business days, but this timing can vary widely and is not guaranteed.
Orders outside of the US will be charge a flat $30 rate, with free shipping for those over $200. Delivery for international orders generally takes 10-15 business days, but this timing can vary widely and is not guaranteed. Cuffs is not responsible for additional import taxes and duties that may be applied in customs.
We are happy to provide a refund, store credit or an exchange for online orders of all new (non-vintage) apparel, shoes and accessories, within 14 days of the date you received your order. Returned items must be unworn with original tags attached.

*Returns made for store credit or exchange are free! Yay! If a refund is preferred, we do ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. In that case, we will send you a pre-paid return label and deduct the label cost from your final refund amount.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note to let us know if your return is for store credit, exchange, or refund.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, please allow a processing time of 1-3 business days. Once your return is processed you will be notified with a store credit code, a new tracking number for your exchange, or a refund verification.

VINTAGE items are generally pre-loved and therefore loose threads, slight fading and other signs of age that do not affect wearability are not considered flaws. Please select these items with care. They are sold as is and are a final sale.
We do our best to inspect each piece before it is listed to ShopCuffs.com and attempt to describe, in detail, any significant damage or wear to these items. Normal vintage wear may include loose or missing sequins or beads, broken stitching, loose buttons, slight loss of fabric color from washings, slight pilling on knits and mild leather scuffing.
Most vintage items are one-of-a-kind. These items tend to sell fast and it is unlikely we will be able to restock them. Hesitation often leads to heartbreak, so act fast!
We do not accept returns for vintage items that do not fit so we recommend that you check the measurements we've listed against something you own that fits you well. Occasionally, we will pin larger items to show a proper fit on our mannequins or models. When this is done, we will state it in the product description. For more about sizing, see our fit guide.
If you feel your purchase was grossly misrepresented in the description, we will accept a return for store credit.
